Marshall Stability Testing Machine

Marshall stability testing machine with 50 kN load ring and dial gauges for asphalt mix design and stability testing, manufactured by GGC.

Overview

The Marshall Testing Machine determines the stability and flow of asphalt paving mixtures. The specimen is compressed in the Marshall testing head while load is read from the 50 kN load ring with dial gauges, and flow is measured with the proving dial arrangement. GGC manufactures the complete machine in our workshop, frame, load ring assembly, specimen clamp and control console with start/stop and emergency stop controls, to the dimensional and rate requirements of standard Marshall test procedures.
